Dr. Gary Todd, Professor of Chinese History and Culture
A distinguished professor for more than 25 years, Dr. Todd has taught at such fine institutions as the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, Sichuan College of Education (Chengdu, China), and now presently at SIAS. He has published articles on various historical topics as well as two textbooks in American history. Dr. Todd received his Ph.D. in American and Chinese history from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is married to Rosaminda Estrebilla “Amy” Todd, formerly of General Santos City, Philippines. Amy teaches oral English at SIAS.
